India vs Sri Lanka Women’s T20I Series: Complete Schedule and Venues Unveiled
The BCCI announced on Friday that India and Sri Lanka will compete in a five-match T20I series from December 21-30, to be held in Visakhapatnam and Thiruvananthapuram. This marks the first series for the Indian women’s cricket team following their triumphant World Cup campaign earlier in November.
Initially, the Indian team was scheduled to host Bangladesh during the same period, but the series was postponed due to political tensions between the two nations. This upcoming series against Sri Lanka will be their first T20I bilateral series in India since 2016, which India won 3-0.
Following the series with Sri Lanka, the fourth season of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) will commence. Subsequently, in February-March, India will embark on a multi-format tour of Australia.

- 2nd T20I: December 23 – Visakhapatnam
- 3rd T20I: December 26 – Thiruvananthapuram
- 4th T20I: December 28 – Thiruvananthapuram
