Aussies Stick to Winning Formula: Unchanged Squad for Sydney Showdown Against England
Australia has named an unchanged 15-member squad for the final Ashes Test against England, which is scheduled to start on Sunday in Sydney. Captain Steve Smith and the team had their first training session on Thursday at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
Australia currently leads the series 3-1, having secured victories in the first two Tests in Perth and Brisbane, both by eight wickets. They clinched the third Test in Adelaide by 82 runs, thereby retaining the Ashes.
England managed to secure its first Test win on Australian soil in nearly 15 years, defeating Steve Smith’s team by four wickets in two days during the Boxing Day Test in Melbourne.
