Karnataka’s Rahul and Prasidh Out for Vijay Hazare 2025-26 Knockouts

Karnataka will be without K.L. Rahul and M. Prasidh Krishna for the Vijay Hazare Trophy knockout rounds starting Monday. Both players will join the Indian team for the ODI series against New Zealand, with the first match scheduled for Sunday in Vadodara. Rahul and Prasidh participated in two and three games respectively during Karnataka’s group stage.

Amit Verma, chairman of the Karnataka senior men’s selection panel, indicated that fast bowler Vidwath Kaverappa, although initially not included in the squad, is available for the knockout rounds. Kaverappa played two matches in the group stage before being left out of the playing eleven. Additionally, left-arm spinner Madhav Bajaj has been added to the squad.
