India Achieves Unprecedented T20I Triumph Against UAE

India achieved a massive victory in T20Is, securing its largest win by balls remaining as it chased down a target of 57 in just 4.3 overs to clinch a nine-wicket victory over UAE in the Asia Cup 2025 opener on Wednesday. Under the leadership of Suryakumar Yadav, the team comfortably reached the target within the Powerplay, thanks to stellar bowling performances from Shivam Dube and Kuldeep Yadav, which restricted UAE to a mere 57 runs. India reached the target with 93 balls to spare.

This victory surpasses India’s previous best, recorded during the 2021 T20 World Cup in the UAE against Scotland, where they won with 81 balls remaining.
