Kane Williamson Joins Lucknow Super Giants as Strategic Advisor
Williamson has had a significant career in the IPL, participating in 10 seasons from 2015 to 2024. He notably secured the orange cap in 2018 with 735 runs while playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad. Williamson remained with SRH until 2022, serving as captain as well. In 2023, he was picked up by the Gujarat Titans but only played one game due to an injury that led to an extended recovery period. By 2024, he appeared in two matches. However, during the mega auction before the 2025 IPL season, Williamson went unsold.
